Wheels, pistons, buffers, brake wheel, and roof ventilators were all modeled to scale for my recreation of the Red Caboose from Starlight Express. The parts were affixed to the gloves and calf covers, elbow pads, belt, and chest box respectively, using contact cement or hot glue. The wheels and pistons were printed out of TPU to accommodate the movement those costume parts were subject to, and the brake wheel was heated and molded to fit the curve of the belt.
