Possibly inspired by the intimate nature of clay, the Ceramics portion of my work contains the largest number of pieces used for self-exploration. These thematically rich pieces gave me the space to explore different ways to use clay, which resulted in pieces being both hand sculpted and thrown on the wheel, glazed using both pre-made and custom glazes, and for many of them being multimedia.
