Painting: I painted the canvas tent red with a mixture of spray techniques to achieve a wheather looked and assisted the other Scenic Artist in painting all the woodgrain and graffiti on the boxes.
When stepping into the theater, it is clear that hippies took over and recreated the great outdoors using whatever they could find at their disposal. The heavy crates and large red tent ground the set while the pipe trees and colored fabrics made the open space feel light and expansive.
